Event Overview

Come on out to the Arapahoe County Scaregrounds for a safe day of trick-or-treating and spooktacular family fun. Wear your favorite costume and head down Treat Street. We’ll have games and activities, petting farm, live entertainment, costume contest, pumpkin painting, adult beverages, food trucks, and more!

Booth Spaces & Requirements:

$103 - Includes a 10x20 space (Booth price reflects convenience fee)
Arapahoe County Health Permit to operate
Must provide Sales Tax ID number
Ready for South Metro Fire Inspection onsite or provide pre-event inspection information
Insurance listing Arapahoe County Fairgrounds - (25690 E. Quincy Ave. Aurora, CO 80016) as additionally insured
The Arapahoe County Fairgrounds is a Pepsi-exclusive venue. All food vendors selling beverages must sell Pepsi products. Please contact LFriend@arapahoegov.com for questions or to apply for an exception to this policy.
All food vendors are required to supply their own electricity, ice, & water dumping

All vendors of Treat Street must submit insurance to lfriend@arapahoegov.com by October 13.

The submitted insurance must include: Commerical General Liability insurance with minimum combined single limits of one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000) aggregate. The required commercial general liability shall be endorsed to include Arapahoe County as Certificate Holder and name Arapahoe County and its elected officials, officers, employees and agents as additionally insured.
