Join us for a holiday-themed family fun day at the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds and Event Center. We welcome all to come by to spend the day strolling through our local vendor village, making crafts, enjoying various children's activities, food, beverages, and more!

Food Truck Spaces & Requirements:

$100 for a food truck space
Arapahoe County Health Permit to operate
Ready for South Metro Fire Inspection onsite
Insurance listing Arapahoe County Fairgrounds - (25690 E. Quincy Ave. Aurora, CO 80016) as additionally insured
All food vendors are required to supply their own electricity & water dumping

Insurance and Health Permit

All vendors of Visit the Village must submit insurance and health permit by December 1.

The submitted insurance must include: Commercial General Liability insurance with minimum combined single limits of one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000) aggregate. The required commercial general liability shall be endorsed to include Arapahoe County as Certificate Holder and name Arapahoe County and its elected officials, officers, employees and agents as additionally insured.
