2023 Chalk Lines and Vines Winery

Thank you for your interest in joining us as a featured Colorado Winery at Chalk Lines and Vines. Please review the information below before completing the application.

Lodging:

Chalk Lines and Vines will provide two overnight stays at Fairfield Inn & Suites. We will need to know your preferred nights and room requests no later than March 31, 2023.

Tastings:

We ask that you bring enough product to provide complimentary samples to 800+ guests. We will have complimentary totes to encourage onsite sales!

Inclusions:

Each featured Colorado Winery will receive four complimentary event tickets as well as a 10x10 booth to sell your product and merchandise.

Cross Promotion:

By joining us at Chalk Lines and Vines, our team now considers you folks partners of the festival. We would greatly appreciate you helping us to spread the word! Please consider sharing the event on your social platforms and newsletters. We will also be providing each winery with a variety of marketing pieces; please consider displaying these in your winery!

The submitted insurance must include: Commercial General Liability insurance with minimum combined single limits of one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000) aggregate. The required commercial general liability shall be endorsed to include Arapahoe County as Certificate Holder and name Arapahoe County and its elected officials, officers, employees and agents as additionally insured.
